Honed over 20+ years of computer and Internet experience, we take a step-back from many software development methodologies. We believe that communication and effectiveness are the most important aspect to building successful software that works for clients.
We spend time up front work with our clients to ensure that they get exactly what they need, and not one line of code more. We respect our client's finances and strive to not only come in on- or under-budget every time, we strive to keep those budgets as small as possible to start with.
We rely on face-to-face meetings, visual and written design documents, project wikis and task tracking tools, and lots of editing of ideas down to the core set which will let our customers succeed.
